  There is a very nice lady at the reception desk. She was very helpful. We were earlier but there was no problem to leave our bags in another room and go sightseeing. The room was clean, warm and we had hot water all the time. - the hotel is worthy the money they ask from guests

  Very good hotel for normal price. Good localization - only 3min walking distance to the main street in Milan with famous shops. About 7min of walking to railway station (and bus station). Very quiet area, no problem with sleeping (no noises outside) which is a big plus in such a big city which never sleeps. You could find few bakeries, restaurants and bars closely so no problem with finding something good to eat or drink. Hotel staff - The hotel is really good for the very modest price. We had everything we needed in the room including very cheap wifi. The room has a conditioner that is really useful in Italia. The room and bathroom are rather small but for this price I believe one wouldn't expect for a royal palace! The room completely suits the travellers who prefer sightseeing all day long - as we do!

  This hotel seems to attract a lot of criticism, which is rather unfair. Milan is an expensive city, and if you're expecting luxury for this price, you'll be disappointed. I didn't have a bathroom, but there was one in hallway. Nice view from a window, tv, ned and breakfast included. The owner asked me at which hour I want to eat breakfast, moreower you can choose the, coffee, cappuchino etc. He will bring it to your room :) I can truly recommend this hotel!
