  Easy and excelent location, simple but enough breakfast, small room but clean and comfortable. - The location was fabulous! I thought the breakfast was good.   I had such a great time here! The place is very clean and comfortable. The décor is absolutely amazing and inviting. It makes you feel very relaxed and as if you were staying in a hotel. They have many many living rooms where you can sit and chat. The view from their terrace is stunning. I had a great view from my window. It was - Great location, very easy to find, just few meters away from Grand Canal, and very close to San Marco (5min). Beautiful roof terrace. Very clean hostel. Big space where you can hang out. I came during off season,to visit Venice biennial, for one night I payed just 20 eur. Stayed in 3 bed room,and for both nights I was staying only with one very quiet Japanese girl. Breakfast is simple, but for me was just perfect, coffee, croissant, bread, jam. Definitely coming back again!

  The apartment was very well presented and clean and situated in a perfect location for exploring. It was also very close to the water bus and taxi service. The kitchenette was very much appreciated and the plasma screen TVs in each room and well apponted bathroom suite were ideal for an extremely comfortable and relaxing family holiday. The apartment we stayed in was new and very well appointed and was a delight to stay in and we intend to return to this hotel on our next visit to Venice as we all enjoyed it immensely even if Venice flooded slightly while we were there and the restaurant flooded a bit as well it was all in the experience.

  The hotel is basic but really good value for money. The decor is dated but is really clean and tidy. We had cleaners come into the room daily swept moped and clean towels and sheets. The hotel is basically on the front of the canal about 1min walk from san marco square. Everybody was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store our bags for several hours after we checked out so we could sightsee until it was time to catch our train.
