  My daughter and I recently visited Rome to see the sites and some friends. We chose this hotel for it's location and were not disappointed. The location of this hotel is fantastic! We were able to walk to all of the major sites in Rome. Bus stops were also right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good, rooms were exceptionally clean and the check-in and out were easy. The hotel is small (three gu - At first, I barely notice that it was a hotel. This is because it is located on the 4th floor of a residential building. But when you come into the hotel you feel the warm atmosphere probably created by the manager. He let us very comfortable. The hotel is very small (3 double rooms). In fact it looks like a small Inn. But the rooms are very comfortable and clean.   I love the location of the place, it is not in the city center, but very near Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and other interesting places in Rome. It is also near the bus stations, and some of Rome's most interesting restos and gourmet places. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Michelle the Manager could not have done more to help and everything was immaculate and well organised. The location was wonderful as it is really close to the centre and we could walk everywhere. The place is small but the service is very personalised. - The B & B has beautiful authentic rooms. Breakfast was very good. The location is excellent. All the major sights were in walking distance. But the best off the B & B was Michelle. She run the B & B allone, and did it with a professional flair. Always smiling and helping with everything like restaurants, taxiservice. We asked for some background music with the breakfast, and the next day there was some soft music. Simply the best.

  Giovanni was an unbelievable host. Despit the fact that we were not able to see him face-to-face throughout our 2 night stay! It started by him getting someone to meet us at the accomodation late, since we were arriving outside of the normal hours.
