  My daughter and I recently visited Rome to see the sites and some friends. We chose this hotel for it's location and were not disappointed. The location of this hotel is fantastic! We were able to walk to all of the major sites in Rome. Bus stops were also right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good, rooms were exceptionally clean and the check-in and out were easy. The hotel is small (three gu - At first, I barely notice that it was a hotel. This is because it is located on the 4th floor of a residential building. But when you come into the hotel you feel the warm atmosphere probably created by the manager. He let us very comfortable. The hotel is very small (3 double rooms). In fact it looks like a small Inn. But the rooms are very comfortable and clean. We stayed int the quad room - the bed was very comfortable, the room nice and quiet, the AC worked very well and so did the wifi.   We had a wonderful stay. The limo service offered picked us up at the airport and drove us back at the end of our stay (all Iin time). Furthermore everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance! Staff is very helpful. We arrived early, and could leave the luggage. We did not hear the sounds of the traffic. All sorts of things were prese - Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it.   I love the location of the place, it is not in the city center, but very near Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and other interesting places in Rome. It is also near the bus stations, and some of Rome's most interesting restos and gourmet places. The owner is very nice and accommodating.   More than excellent location, within walking distance to all major tourist attractions in the historical centre of Rome and in a 5 minute walk to the Vatican. It is situated in a quiet street and it is adjacent to Via De Coronari which is a street full of antique shops and lovely cafes. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation with air con and a small refrigerator in in the room. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes.
