It is 5 minutes from st Marks Square so it was so easy to see the amazing sites there but was also very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the little boat landing with my book and drink after a day sightseeing.

The service is really good and pleasant, and so was the breakfast. Everything is clean, especially the bathroom. It was a perfect place to sit and sip Prosecco while watching the tourists drift by on their Gondolas.
