  Henkilökunta ansaitsee ehdottomasti erityis kiitoksen. Hotellin vieressä on vilkas tie, joten henkilökunta vie metrolle ja hakee pois, jotta kulkeminen on turvallista. Olimme kaikkeen erittäin tyytyväisiä. Henkilökunta auttoi kaikessa mahdollisessa. Huoneet olivat siistit ja juuri sellaiset kuin kuvissa näyttikin. - just about everything. the staff... mitä ihmiset sanovat » were very warm and helpful (and importantly, most of them speak good english). it is about 25 mins from the city center by the red line. the hotel offers a shuttle service to the metro . this was the best part. even though the metro is at a walkable distance, we could thus avoid the scorching July heat. we took the 4-bed room and it was rather well equipped. we are going again. - Helpfulness and friendliness of all staff; as it is located so close to major roads with very fast moving traffic they wouldn't let us walk anywhere - even to the bus stop! They insisted on driving us even 100 yards or so - no charge either. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Rooms were spotless and everything worked. Thoroughly recommended.

  Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options, worth the extra money. There was a free shuttle taking you direct to the metro station making travelling to Rome much easier and cheaper as it is situated approx 5 miles out. I left my bag with money and cards in the lounge ...and the next day it was there ....left undisturbed by the lady who cleaned the area ...brava signora ! al the staff are super friendly and helpful the evening meals are basic and when you arrive at breakfast the person there should anche piu accogliente ...even more welcoming !   it was nice and clean, a good price!!!!!! - They have parking open and indoor with the gate, rooms are spacious, terrace is comfortable, and the aria of the hotel is not too loud, very close to the highway.
