  The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. The hotel staff had great recommendations for places to see to - i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient.   One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! From a delicious included breakfast, to laundry facilities, free filtered water machine, and hot water for making tea etc - The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day.
