We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, space and sweet
hospitality. Claudia, the manager/hostess, was the very
accommodating and welcoming, she always a phone call away if we needed
anything. She provided a sufficient and tasty breakfast complete with
Italian coffee at our convenience. Our vintage, shabby chic decorated
rooms over looked the market place giving a quintessential Italian
experience. There were clean bath robes, slippers and towels provided.
The B&B was conveniently . kaikki arvostelut »
B&B is really nice and very clean. Just opposite the market where we were getting fresh fruits every day. Some poeple were complaining about the noise but we didn't think it was that excessive.
Breakfast was also really nice and we especially enjoyed good Italian coffee.
I would definitely recommend this place.
Friendly place, very quiet because there are only 3 rooms, but also noisy in the morning due to a market in the square next to it. Romantic and cozy because looks like a private home. Nice 'home-made' breakfast. Good place to stay if you want to visit Cinque Terre.
Large and clean room with small but useful items. External bathroom clean and large also. Just in the centre of the town, easy access to coast and train station. Reasonable price and locaiton for those who are interested in seeing Cinque Terre.
This is a simple but very tasteful little B&B. Everything was beautifully laid out and clean, the room was big, the breakfast was great and Claudia, the hostess, was delightful and extremely attentive and helpful.
The staff is excellent and they just turned their place into an amazing family hotel. Claudia and her mother is hosting you like you're a relative. Even the corridor smells beautiful. The decoration is fine and warm.
Claudia was a fantastic host and couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Great location and price. Very comfortable, clean and close to everything. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else.
Claudia the owner is very friendly, you feel at home. Every detail for
your comfort is taken care of. Super clean. Breakfast is unique and
homelike. We recommend highly.
Spotless! She was extremely accommodating with our arrival time, even after we were late she greeted us with a smile and didn't appear even slightly annoyed.
This B&B has a very sweet design which makes you feel like home, it is close to the La Spezia Central Station and it is easy to locate.
everything, owner is amazing! even made reservations for us in a close restaurant, which was fabulous.
Claudia - made us extremely welcome; the bedroom and breakfast were great.
We liked the central location, clean spacious room and the breakfast.
Spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast, gracious host.
Service, decoration and furniture all are good.
I liked our host, the space and the breakfast.
Location & breakfast.
Claudia was helpful and friendly and has decorated her B&B very tastefully. Enjoyed breakfast of fresh fruit she had prepared and there was a good range of continental cakes, croissants, yoghurt, juice etc. Bedroom spacious with separate private bathroom across the corridor but Claudia provided dressing gowns to protect our modesty if we needed to use "the facility" in the night, which was a nice touch.
The hostess Claudia was very friendly and accommodating . She made our stay very welcoming.
The market place was a little noisy some mornings.
The noise in the morning that comes from next door square market. The bathroom is private, but is located in the other side of the corridor (which isn't really a big issue).
Maybe breakfast. Not bad but could ofcourse be better.
Nothing.
The location is just in front of vegetable market. They start to settle at 5am. Once they finish, the hotel is in a great location but then around 11pm, young people gathers and plays football, making big noise until 1-2 o'clock. So, if you've a fragile sleep, then bring an earplug with you.
There are market outside the building which are a bit noisy during the night but in a way that added to the atmosphere of our honeymoon and the fresh fruit was awesome in the morning!.
The growers market in the piazza right outside. Although convenient for shopping it was quite noisy very early in the morning.
Mix up with check in arrangements. Claudia made arrangements to meet us at 3.45 pm via email the previous day. But we waited till 4.30 and she did not arrive. So we had to find someone to telephone heR. Hard for us as we were visiting from Australia and were not familiar with phones in Italy.
We woke up really early because there were people setting up for the market below. Maybe it is just on Saturday?.
"En suite" was across the passage.
Stalls being set up in the market right outside our bedroom window at 2.00am. The B&B is set on the 3rd floor in a residential house accessed by gated door into main hallway, a lift and then main door to the B&B, which we found quite difficult to open. It is in the market square, so easy to find on arrival, but the market sets up at 2.00am and opens at around 6.00am so unless you can sleep through anything, it is a good idea to take ear plugs!.
Only one issue with the wireless Internet. We found it hard to connect .
