The room design of the BnB is very attractive and the location is
excellent. You can use the washing machine and there is a self service
laundry shop nearby (less than 3 min walking distance) where you can
spend 4.5 euro to dry your clothes (if you do the washing in the shop,
you have to spend another 4.5 euro). The train station is less than 5
min walking distance. If you drive and need free parking lot, it's
around 10-15min walking distance away as this BnB is within pedestrian

This is a flat with 3 rooms that the owner rents out. The place is very homely and very warmly decorated. Some rooms are ensuite and there are two shared bathrooms and a kitchen, all spotless clean. The flat is well located in the town centre of La Spezia which is a good getaway for Cinque Terre BUT it's not Cinque Terre. Due to it's proximity the area is, in my opinion, overpriced.
Being in la spezia was a great gateway to the cinque terre. Very easy to
get to from train station. Staff were incredible, very friendly. Room
had air con which was great.
It was conveniently located to the train station and dock to take ferries to other islands or Cinque Terre, shopping and restaurants.
Great base for exploring Cinque Terre. Lovely taste of Italy with the decor and old fashioned touches around the apartment.

No wifi but lots of places close by have it so no major issues.
No Internet, a little bit sketchy at night in that particular area. Lots of people hanging around the street. Not recommended to stay out too late and then have to walk to the b&b.
Be aware it is a shared apartment with 3 double rooms. One of our rooms had a double bed plus single for 3 people, not 3 separate beds for our grown up children as requested. Her English isn't great, but she was friendly and apologetic for the mistake in bedding.
