The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had good Italian pastries and wonderful espresso, capucinno or cafe Americano...they make it personally for you from a beautiful espresso machine.
The rooms were extra clean and the hotel is in a great location near shops and 5 mins from train station Brignole. Save money on breakfast and taxi!!!.
Hotel was in a very good position for walking to most of the main tourist places and close to the main Station, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable and despite not speaking much English reception were very welcoming and helpful.kaikki arvostelut »
This is a truly pleasant hotel, with a staff that is somewhat besides the mainstream, i.e. funny and very hard working. The room is basic and fine, the location could hardly be better.
The location of the hotel is perfect for travellers only a short walk from the station and close to the market, good restaurants and shopping strip.

breakfast only has packed not tasty croissants and biscuits. should be better if they presented fresh white and brown bread. I suppose this probably is even cheaper for the hotelowners but only a little more work.

Breakfast is ZERO. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel but you have to pay until 20:00 and you have to move the car before 08:00. However, you may park at 10 min walking distance for 15 euro/day.

The receptionist was too friendly... Meaning, he spoke too much!.
Offhand reception staff who did not explain correctly how to gain entry to the hotel (press bell to the right of the door) and did not help us locate a restaurant. Plus the lift is tiny.
Hotel is located on the second floor, small lift for 1 person only, if
you have big baggage - difficult to get it inside.
Difficult to find , be OK at night as the sign would be lit up. No parking and parking expensive in park building. Hotel 3 floors up and would have been nice to know when we booked.

I thought this was a 3 star when I booked (it is actually 2 star) and so I was disappointed as it was very basic. Its on the second floor of a building, the other floors are occupied by offices. You have to climb up a flight of stairs to reach the very small lift. Rooms are accessed through the reception/dining area. Room was very small. I though it was overpriced for what it was.
