  Everything was great - nice and friendly hotel staff, unbelievable comfort, historical value of the hotel and the surroundings, food...Unfortunately I didn't use the benefits of the termal waters, but the reviews I heard from other people are more than excellent... - Everything exceeded our expectations even the dining room was excellent.

  We had a lovely stay the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect with a great view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa from our room. We took our 3 year old child who had her own room and loved sleeping in the bunk bed. We would recommend staying here ;o) - Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful and nicely finished building in a great loc... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ation right next to the leaning tower.
