  Staff (Larisa) made us feel at home and was exceptionally friendly andhelpful. Location was perfect for our stay - close to the train stationand major sites. The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortablefor our family of four. The view from the bedroom provided a wonderfulTuscan sunset. He provided us with information regarding the island, maps, etc. He was able to to pick us up and drop us off very early from the airport with no fee. We originally had booked a shared bathroom but he gave us a room with bathroom for no extra charge.
