everything！！！It is so value for money!!! you pay a price for a hostel but get a service of a 3 to 4 star hotel! The room is so nice and cozy with lovely decoration. You even get a fridge in the room and free milk and yogurt everyday! There is a small food counter where you can help yourself to cakes, cereal, milk and fruits no matter when. Breakfast is simple but satisfactory.The staff is so warm and friendly and told us a very good local restaurant...I spent such a lovely time there.....It is .
kaikki arvostelut » The decor and the appearance of the manager made the B+B seem classy, especially compared to other residences. The breakfast was served in room with yoghurt, croissants (prepacked) and crispbreads. Down the hall you could also make coffee and cereal, fruits and toast. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The room had air-con and WIFI too. All in all, great place. Susanna was so helpful with information prior to our trip. She graciously allowed our daughter, who had been studying in Florence for the semester, to store her excess luggage at the B&B while we traveled to Venice before returning to Florence! Our room was very spacious and comfortable and the location was great. Suzanna was super on reception - she made us feel very welcome. Excellent room considering the price. Comfy beds and plenty of space in the room.Excellent shower. Tea and coffee facilities were good. 15 minutes walk from the centre but the connecting road was full of character. All in all, the price quality ratio is good. Friendly owners, clean, quiet, cozy. Location good, a bit of a walk to the sites, but that's a bonus.. some interesting places to eat in drink in the area. Suzanna was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and it was great to have a kettle to be able to make a cup of tea. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very cosy and clean. The staff was friendly. We spend a little for a pleasant stay. By the way, there was a simple but good breakfast. ;). The lady at reception is very friendly and patient. Though a little bit small, it is well furniture d and offers you almost what you need. The room was big and very comfortable, the location is good, and every problem we had was answered very quickly. Place, Room. This B&B is located within city center which is good base for sightseeing. Rooms are quite comfortable and clean, a bit dated though. Price/quality ratio is good as for Florence, where generally accomodation tends to be overpriced. The room was huge, nice and clean. location was great (we walked all over the nice places by foot). when the reception was opened, they were helpful with finding good restaurants and advises about sight seeing. Neat and tidy inside. Spacious room. No elevator so had to carry luggage upstairs. This is not unusual though. Had a to walk a while to supermarket but that was on the way to the city. You need to get a taxi or the bus to the location. None of these were an issue for us but maybe for others. No complaints. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, mostly pre-packaged sugary cakes. But, there was some fresh fruit out everyday which was good at least. There was nothing to dislike once you got passed the 52 steps to the bed and breakfast. Face towels are not cotton so it is not comfortable for face. The breakfast is a bit small and not very good (pre-made stuff). Could have been better. This is located on 2nd floor. There is no elevator and stairs are steep, it was fine with us but can be issue with some people.You get cold breakfast which is kept in your room in evening, though there is kettle in room and sufficient quantity is kept. Only one person at reception knows English . Nothing!. nothing!!. No real coffee for breakfast. Breakfast. Wi-fi had better (working) and worse (not working) moments. Hostel standard breakfast (toast bread, jam, cereals, crackers, some fruits). It's on the second floor without elevator - very hard to carry heavy bags. No parking meters in the street and since the reception isn't opened most of the day, we had no one to ask where to park or what to do. bad wifi. Location is far from train station. No lift and hard to carry the luggage. T he residenza is in second floor.
