We loved it for its excellent service and brand new facility. They waited for us to check in, without being asked they handed us a city map and guided us to all interesting sites. Breakfast was served in the room, simple croissant & cake and orange juice & coffee & milk, but delicious. Room was nicely designed that we loved, and large too. Window view was nice. Bathroom was large and clean, felt like home. Tv was working well as well as ac. It was conveniently located next to Subway.

The location is perfect: a walking distance from everything. 5 min to Duomo, 10-15 min to Santa Maria Novella Station. The kitchen in the BB was a nice surprise. I saved a lot of money because I didn't have to eat out all the time and was able to cook for myself. The BB is exactly what you see in the pictures. I will stay ib Lady Florence again when I am in Florence. I'm was very satisfied in this b&B. Everything was perfect. The decoration is awsome, all is new, and owners are very friendly and English speaking. They can give you advises and tips to visit florence and nearby cities... I will definitely come back to b&b florence and I strongly recommend this place. It's also from a walking distance from the santa novella railway, and the historical center of florence. B&B is situated in the historical centre of Florence, very convenient to go to all sights and rather near to train station, also central food market is 5 min by walk. Actually B&B as a flat with rooms in ranting, but is usually for Italy. Staff is friendly (but because there is no 24 hours reception, you need to manage your check-in in advance, and it not will be possible to check-in after 11 P.M.). It was a pleasant surprise! Everything was brand new, and perfectly furnished. I felt comfortable and at home. Bedroom was large, with a sofa, air conditioned, with fridge and flat screen tv. Everything you could want for the price. Bathroom was spotless and the showers were hot. Perfect location in Florence. Overall, very happy with B&B Lady Florence. And would definitely stay here next time. This is the 1s time I went with a B&B accommodation, and the experience was the best one can have. The location was awesome, the staff super helpful , friendly and courteous. This place was great,my girlfriend and I spent 10 days in Italy at different spots each night lady Florence was the best by far,very clean,big rooms,lots of tv chanels,close to everything and great restaurants near by. I arrived in Florence very late, but the guy of hotel had waited for me the whole night. Location is very near to the Cathedral. Room is so cute. We stayed on "the white night" so do not go then if you do not like a noisy festive town up til 6 in the morning. But we loved the atmosphere! Love to see people enjoying life and there was lots to do all night. Wifi can not connect very well, we live three days , only the first day can connect the wifi¬¬. Front door very very difficult to open. Nothing!. Can get a bit noisy in the alley where the room window is facing;. Wifi is poor. If you show up after 3 pm you need to call somebody to register in. Usa phones dont work in Europe so we couldn't contact Alessandro. Coffee shop on the corner came to the rescue and got him. All else very positive. The breakfast was a croisant and a biscuit with milk or coffee, i expected something else. Street a little noisy but what can you do, it is a city after all!. external bathroom a little bit inconvencent for us... everytime when we open the door its very noisy. Florence in summer heat does not allow for a great amount of site seeing in one day. The Ufizzi rebuild meant a lot of the art work had been moved. We dont like the small lift. Depending on the time you arrive you have to arrange beforehand via phone as there is no reception Breakfast is really very basic. breakfast was cake and croissant, not even butter or jam. Ordinary coffee. Breakfast was just ok. But not really bb, owners do not live there, so you feel more like you are in the hotel. Our breakfast was poor, even considering Italian breakfasts. There was too much noise due to the door to entry and exit. The breakfast consisted of cornflakes and coffee. Not good at all. The breakfast was poor. have to wait few minutes for the breakfast because of small kitchen. Parking in nearby garage was expensive. 25 euros.
