First, I really like the location. It's close to a park and is away from the main tourist streets, which is very nice. You know, you've beeb with tourists all day so it's nice to get away from the crowd and experience privacy for a while. Second, I love the staff. They're very friendly. Although it's an old hotel with old staff, they still try their best to help you. One of the old ladies there is super nice to me. She couldn't speak English, and I couldn't speak Italian, but we communicated pe.

Only 9 euro taxi from the train station. good value for money. not in tourist area, about 10 mins walk from Duomo, actually give u the chance to walk and explore the city. The place was perfect, if you rent a bike it will be a perfect vacation in Firenze. Staffs are very friendly. very nice. Quite cozy Things are very clean. Kindness and politeness of staff. value cleanliness. It's clean and the owner is very friendly. Wifi is good. Price is quite reasonable compared to other hotels in Florence. friendly stuff, big room. lots of space. The location. the only positive fact of this pension is the own situation. It is located near the city historical area and it can be easily found and reached. Thanks God there is wifi. Staff are willing to answer questions even they know that I don't know what they are saying. the room was clean,just to sleep and go... Good location from city center. The price was reasonable. Price. First, it was a bit expensive. Second, the facilities are bit old. Like you struggle a little while with the rusty keys. Also, there was only 1 proper socket in my room, so I could only either charge my iPad or turn on the fan. Checkout is by 10am. The location is quite far from the train station. Have to take a bus from there. The only member of staff I can see is an old lady. She is helpful if you know Italian. She understand English but I don't understand her English. fridge is only privato. no toiletries ; this is fine but be warned you need to take them. One shower room v basic wet room style so you need flip flops to go to loo ! all fine if you are prepared. They pre billed then I think it expired which was a bit confusing. No English spoken but doesn't matter much unless you have a problem I suppose. The staff didn't speak much English. The parking structure nearby wasn't open 24 hours so we had to move our car the night before to a city lot, which was pretty inconvenient. This is an old house so you can imagine how it will be like but it's acceptable if you want to balance your budget. Far away from SMN station but bus stop is close. lots of mosquitoes, we cannot sleep all night long. even we close the window, we killed more than 20 mosquitoes one night. too cold for spring. Expensive, but that's Florence.... It can not be a hotel it is just a pension. No tv in room and a lot of facilities missing. Instead of pillows there are two stone blocks and impossible to sleep more than 2 or 3 hours. The bed is too short incredibly. I should not choose again this hole. Staff don't know English at all. No air-con and lots of flies make me can't sleep. for that price you would find something else but cosier. Most of the staff unable to speak English, older room's equipment, thinner walls in hostel so that you heard everything from the hall, no breakfast, not a good value/money. I got quite a few flea bites from the room. There had been a dog there. The room was not clean and it was VERY hot -just a small fan. We have been there before but would NOT recommend and will never return. Number was very dirty. A lot of dead moskitos on the walls,. The woman in reception didn't speak English. The room wasn't as expected (photos from the internet). It was cleam though. The towels was for table. No decoration, old building, rooms. Quite cheap, but not value for money. Wouldn't recommend it. 1. Wrong picture of the room 2. Not friendly staff 3. No bathroom and even the toilett - only two for all rooms! 4. No breakfast 5. No parking 6. No reception 7. No information 8. Nobody morning time to say "give back my money!" 9. This is not the hotel or campus. This is just dirty hole and nothing mor. To letsbookhotel.com - please remove it from the list . The bed was so bad, I could not sleep. Had to take another hotel to be able to sleep. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!.
