The location was great. Just far enough from the city center to be quiet at night. Only a 25 minute walk to the train station. A kitchen was great to have especially with kids. We could bring home leftovers and the kids could eat them later. Free parking right next to the apartment. Sara was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to emails or phone calls. We were even able to check-in at 1030 instead of having to wait until 1400. It had to still be cleaned but Sara gave me the key.

Away from all the city fuss and just next to the Piazzale Michelangelo. - Sara (the owner) and her husband were very nice and helpful!. The owner was very helpful. From parking to showing us how to lock that gate and where to go for breakfast she was a pleasure to deal with. The location. Not too touristy but close to everything. Washing machine. Breakfast at local bar/cafe with local Italians. Public parking is available free. Kitchen is well equipped. Location is superb. Italian breakfast is included. Very well located, clean, tidy and friendly management.-. location, nice room , feel like home. Great location, Spacious room,. Location not far from ponto vecchio, experience of living like locals in old house, big room on reasonable price. The location and the design of the flat is very good and the owner was helpful... Nice charming place with excellent location. It is good with the kitchen in the apartment so that we can cook. - It took the owner a while to come and meet us as she was attending to other customers elsewhere. It was raining a lot which made it unconfortable. - The shower handle broke, which made the water not stop pouring. However, the owners came steadily in the middle of the night and fixed it. The drivers. There crazy in Florence. Couldn't control temperature of apt or connect to wi-fi. No instructions. The apartment is ideal for 2 persons, not for 4 persons. Poor Internet, poor soundproof of premises, narrow bathroom, cheap bed blanket, poor breakfast. The beds were uncomfortable so we could not sleep well. The bathroom was very small. No airco which made it impossible to sleep good. Breakfast is poor. It is kinda noise in upstars and no wifi in the room, the only thing we have is something like mobile phone to send wifi singanal with wind cards inside but it is usefulless.and the worst breakfast we have seen, just a bread,a glass of orange juice and a cup of coffee. The owner wasn't really helpful, we booked 2 room for 2 and 3 people each. But, the 2 rooms were in different location with 30 min by walk on the way to Plazza di Michelangelo. We have to walk along with luggages uphill. Breakfast was in the cafe 15 min away with one cafe and Only one bread per person. We pay the difference since the food isn't enough. If you want to travel comfortable, this is definitely not the one.
