we stayed in a separat 4 bedroom unit across the road from the Euro Hotel which our B and B belongs to. Luca, the owner, was most accomodating, and we practically had the place to ourselves. Breakfast was served in a cozy downstairs area, plenty variety. The rooms were spacy and appeared to be very new. Bathroom was also very nice and roomy. It was too bad this place was not a bit closer to the water, walking in the area was a challenge since it's located along a very busy street and no footpat.

We were given a short trip of the adjacent food shops with a personal advice of which shop's food is better than the others. The room was well-equipped and they had complementary water bottles as well (i know that's not lavish, but having to go out for buying water is a big turn off). Our room also features a small balcony and as some. Combined with shuttle it’s the perfect place to stay when arriving/departing Rome. Short, easy ride from the airport. Host very organized, with all information you need to know. They have alternative if you need a breakfast before serving hours. Different kind of restaurants nearby. Next to airport lane, we had no problem with noise during the night. Will surely use the facilities if in the same situation again. Luca was incredibly helpful, even though we were arriving late, he went out fo his way to make sure we got there and were shown the facilities in detail. The place was very clean and modern, and even though the location being near the airport felt quite industrial, great efforts had clearly been made to make the hotel space attractive and very comfortable. We were genuinely impressed. an excellent comfortable and clean accomodation just five mins away from Fiumicino Airport. Perfect for the night before and after the flight. Location is also few mins away from Fiimicino Shopping complex which is a huge complex including 24hr cinema and hundreds of outlets for shopping. The location was wonderful for an early get-away flight but even more Luca was an impeccable host. The building is new, with a modern design and wonderful beds for a good night's sleep. Please make sure that transport to the airport which you book for guests arrives at the said time early in the morning as there's a risk to miss the plane, andplease don't switch off your phones that you indicated at the front door of your hotel. The neighborhood of the hotel is a little off-putting but the hotel is a clean, inexpensive near-airport choice. nothing. The only thing that was bad was the wifi. It was very choppy. A little noisy due to proximity to airport, but acceptable. No one on premise/available until 2:00 pm. for check-in, although arrangements made with nearby hotel to drop bags. Leaving. No local phone in the room should we needed to contact anyone for assistance. Not much to do around but eateries close by. If you don't like jets bed and breakfast on flight path but I love aircraft. Some distance from Rome. limited check-in times.
