(e.g. entry, wine cellar, etc.) The complex is situated in the town center meters away from the boulevard and shops in a very narrow street. It only holds 7 appartments which are all modern and spacious. The walled garden with swimming pool provides a nice quiet area to sunbath and rest. The management is very kind and attentive and help out with any request. Daily fresh bread

  For a budget accomodation around lake Como this is excellent! The rather small but sufficient apartment seemed recently updated (tiles in bathroom, window/door to the patio) and the sheets and towels were of good quaility and new (although you do have to put the sheets on yourself). It is very close to the beach and great for windsurfers.   Very helpful contact Person. I suggest a call before departure as the street numbers and adresses could be confusing, specially in night arrival. The house is very clean and full equiped. Only an air conditioning is missing.
