  This a small hotel, with hospitable staff. We had the cosy feeling of being at home. The room was large enough, well organized, comfortable bed, clean (no carpet-only floor tiles). The bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. Difference from other hotels for same price is the bidet and small package with toothbrushe and paste.   * Very friendly staff * Hard mattresses - Not a lot, basic hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were fresh pastries at breakfast. Hotel was totally over prices for GP which is to be expected, they did offer a shuttle at €20 each, which was expensive. We did not go into Muggio, instead opted for Monza
