We had thought we would take day trips by train initially, but thay was not realistic. Anyway, the converted farmhouse was charming, the breakfasts were good, the pool was as it was described and the owners and staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We would recommend it to others.

Beautiful setting and an excellent, friendly staff, who did not let a power failure (due to a storm) knock them off stride, instead serving a wonderful dinner by candlelight before the power came back.

We were booked in for one night and loved it so much we stayed four nights. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a real Tuscan feel about it. Very relaxing in a rural setting with Cortona less than 10 minutes away. Donata made us feel welcome and provided much information about Cortona and surrounding areas. Ideally located for exploring neighbouring towns and villages. Donata provided excellent hospitality to us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a home away from home.
