Incredibly beautiful old but well-renovated monestery, set amidst vineyards. Spotlessly clean and well-run. Great swimming pool, extremely hospitable host - noting was too much trouble. Great proximity for Macerata (looks across valley to this spectacular old town) and close to the coast too. very quiet location with nice view, very helpful wit dinner reservations, very large pool with plenty of chairs and shade. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice.
