The town of Castellammare di Stabia is not verynice, so you have to drive to Amalfi coast to get decent views. The Hotel is up on a hill and per pedes its very exhausting to get there! The town itself is a good place to stay, if you like to be amoung italians! The most tourists are in Sorrento....
