  The setting, the fabulous view on mellow Tuscan hills, the extras like the "happy hour" where you can nibble for free, the vegetable garden, the cosy lounge and all the art books/catalogues you can leaf through, the pool of course, the location perfectly suited for visiting Volterra, San Gimignano, Sienna, Florence and even Lucca. And last but not... mitä ihmiset sanovat » least the utter friendliness of the staff. - The group of eight of us stayed at the hotel as our last stop before leaving Italy to bid final farewell to Tuscany. Set on the hillside of the area, the hotel offers comfortable rooms,perfect views and decent facilities. The dinner cooking was wonderful although the breakfast was a bit light. We certainly enjoyed the stay.

  We absolutely loved our stay in such a nice place with such a long history. The apartment was really big and fantastic. Great location with easy access from all the major roads (San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra). We will definitelly come back soon to this wonderfull place.
