The hotel is conveniently close to the train station and on the edge of historical city. The're a lovely (and cheap) gelato shop just accross the street from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and assisted us with finding a traditional Italian trattoria's (tipical Italian family restaurants) to dine the evening. They gave us a map as well to assist with exploring the city and find our way!

Very friendly owners, nice small hotel in the middle of the old town of Prato. Front rooms sometimes a little bit noisy as there is a small parking lot and a small street in front of the hotel, back rooms quiet. Also good for a stay to visit Florence as there is a bus every 15 minutes (weekdays) or every hour (sundays), you can also take the train. Very reasonably priced - will surely come back

Friendly, personal service. Excellent location - it seemed to us that Prato was like Florence without the tourists! The conference centre in Prato was the Monash Centre and this is easily accessable from the Toscana. The room was quiet and had a great air conditioner which kept it cool in the heat of summer. - Easy access to old town. Very close
