the location is in the middle of the city, but still on a small street without any noise. very nice decorated, i think the owner is an interior designer the parking is just about 200 m by foot and easy to find the breakfast location is just around the corner and is a beautiful location for a morning espresso the wifi is working perfectly super place, will definitely stay again. Loved the location up in the old town. Huge and luxurious space. All mod cons and felt like staying in a 5* hotel. Loved the set up for Breakfast at a local cafe round the corner. Augusta was so helpful and accommodating to us and our two toddlers. It was the perfect overnight stay for us and an easy drive to the airport.

When arriving a very friendly owner pointing out some v ery good restaurants (one even a few yards from the house. In a typical old town street.. Quiet as well. Nicely decorated, very spacious apartments within with all facilities, including a cleverly hidden kitchen bloc. Front apartments have a nice street view, back ones are nice and quiet. Very friendly and helpful manager. Nice (but sweet rolls & coffee only, rest is extra) breakfast in nearby café. Very comfortable Suite Clean Very friendly landlord - she is always available either per phone or answers per mail immediately direct in the old city of Cagliari - everything in walking distance ... very nice cooking facility in the suite ... small but enough very nice old town. Very rarely do I tick all the 'excellent' boxes but it's a great place to stay. The conversion of this ancient property is first class and has everything you need. The room was spectacular, stylish and very comfortable. Situated on the hill, but on every side there are elevators, so access is relatively easy. This is more an apartment set in an old building with updated modern facilities and is excellent value for money. There is no service but as a base for a couple of family,I would recommend this facility. Excellent location for seeing the old city and quite handy for Marina also. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Design of the room. Nice and well equipped kitchen. there's no reception, but why should you need one. Nothing!. Location high up on the hill means always having to walk down and up again. Getting here by car is difficult, but bus stops in front of door. No reception, so it's a fair bit of texting with the owner to get the key. Some noise from events on Saturday evenings. But even so, we would stay here again!. Breakfast included is a little bit exaggerated - the breakfast is "served" in a Cafe around the corner, definitely in walking distance (1 min) but includes only one soft drink (coffee) and one pastry (croissant). Hard to find any fault. I suppose if you don't like walking up slopes then this part of Cagliari wouldn't be for you, but you can't change the topography of a city!. Breakfast was definetely not good enough; only one small croissant and a cup of coffee. It´s shame really, because it simply is not in style with the accomodation. The art work was very unusual. The breakfast arrangements for a voucher to a very nearby cafe was OK but If milk were in the fridge one could a least make an early morning drink or late night for that matter. The breakfasts were good but could be improved. Need more light in bedroom (brighter reading lights), a few more cooking facilities would be nice (egg turner, cooking knife etc.). Breakfast, no reception to check in, noise in the street. There are not any parking around 300 meters! You can find a small place under sign, but it is your risk ;). In an old city accessability is always a problem especially if you have a car. Lighting matching and tasteful but not much use for seeing by! Couldn't work out how to put air con off. Parking a bit tricky. The breakfast was very poor: a coffee and a croissant in a cafe-bar nearby. No daily ammenities. No reception desk. The lady comes only if you text or send her an e-mail at your arrival hour to make you the check-in and to take the money. The building is in construction so you can not sleep later than 8.00 in the morning due to the noise and the cigarrette smoke of the workers.
