Great location! Very nice owners and the room was lovely and comfortable. It is on a quiet little pedestrian street with very cool graffiti. You wouldn't know it was a B&B but when you open the door it's this little haven. It is just off of a main road and park area with secure and cheap parking so very convenient if you have a car (still quiet though). It was also very short walking distance to the best city center attractions, the Bastion St Remy, shopping, restaurants, marina area. T.

If you have huge luggage you should know that it's some distance from the train/bus station and it's in fact on the hill. The owner was very helpful despite he don't speak english at all. Breakfast very nice (typically italian) in cafe located 2 minutes walk from bb. The facilities were surprisingly good for a B&B, meticulously clean and comfortable, quiet at night. Gianni is a great host and we appreciated the free airport pick up. Location is perfect for historic sites, restaurants, transport and tours. We would stay there again. Centrally located, very modern furniture/rooms; Breakfast was in a cafe around the corner, but very authentic and good; Small outdoor area with deck chairs - very nice for an afternoon siesta; very responsive hosts to all kinds of questions previous to our stay. Great location, Gianni excellent host, beautiful rooms, posh bathroom, convenient common eating area with fridge and dishwasher. We liked it a lot. Walking distance from the shops and important sights. Great eateries nearby. Good location, friendly staff. we arrived off a late flight with a small child and they helped us settle in. The bathroom was clean and modern. the room was of a good size. We would return. Very peaceful location, no noise of traffic. Room excellently equipped and modern. The free shuttle from the airport was a big selling point for me. Rather charming miniature garden. The room was beautiful and very comfortable: fancy showers, great mattress and heavy comforter on the bed. The staff was friendly and picked us up at the airport. Highly recommend. Sometimes we have little problems with communication with the owner because of lack of common language ;) The hotel it is located in little street with graffiti on the wall and groups of noisy youngsters sitting on the bench and stairs, but that's just the first impression. Nothing. Small shower and a tricky step in the bathroom, but really not critical. Very steep stairs, tiny shower. These were very minor annoyances which are the product of the location. It was rather noisy outside but that could be a typical Saturday night in Cagliari. Five minutes walk down to a cafe where breakfast was served could have been a negative point on a wet morning - luckily not so for me!. Nothing. Not easy to park without paying in the área Narrow stairs to get into the hotel. Slightly dark approach to hotel at night- could be off putting to nervous clients. some "city" noise, toiletpaper just one or even half one per day, so we got stuck without.....and nobody around to give any ;-) nothing to do with the B&B but in Cagliari not much English is spoken so even ordering a drink can be difficult. It is very hilly so you need to be able to walk quite well to get around. nothing:). Sound proof could have been better... Nothing. N/A. Nothing.
