  The hotel is owner/operated by Marco, who supervises everything personally and very professionally. His standards are very high, he is obviously very experienced in hotel management and very hospitable. We stayed in a lovely spacious room,seemingly recently redecorated and the bathroom facilities and fittings were super. The restaurant meal was very good (the salmon was excellent). Everything was very clean & tidy. Our bedroom was large and the bed comfortable.

  Nice staff (Elena was great- funny, attentive and knowledgable). Room had a large bath with a great terrace. Air conditioning worked well. - Loved the ancient spa and hikes beyond up the mountains. Thermal water not hot enough for me.

  Fabulous family run hotel, in an amazing location. Food good in hotel. Get a room with a river view if possible, it was wonderful. - I really liked Roberto Merlo, the manager. He was exceedingly nice and very helpful about the area.
