The setting was beautiful stunning views and the location was perfect for exploring. Breakfast was ample lovely pastries etc. We were able to use the pool even though it was out of season but still in the 20's so warm enough. Samuale the manager there was very helpful and gave us recommendations for trattorias in the area that were really authentic. we are definately coming back as we got engaged in San Gimagnano (which youcan see in the distance) and we've already planned to get married at the

All of it! This is Tuscany at its best... We stayed here 7 nights and simply loved it! The scenery, it's people and the authentic houses... All very beautiful. In the middle of the campo, the lovely Chianti, and Firenze and Siena only 30 and 40 min away. Try the cooking workshop, you'll love it....

the hospitality of our hosts and the friendly staff that made us feel at home, the wonderful, charming property exceptionally restored with beautiful gardens and pool, combined with the perfect location in the heart of the Chianti region.
We can hardly wait to return.

It was a great place to use as a home base after a day of exploring other hill towns. San Donato in Poggia was just down the road. A quaint little village. Bought some groceries there. Enjoyed a bottle of wine and cheese while we sat on the patio overlooking the scenery. Hated to leave.

The b&b had a beautiful view. The terraces and pool area were wonderful, and the room was well-decorated and very comfortable. The room had an excellent bathroom and a private terrace with a spectacular view. Also, this property was convenient enough for visits to wineries, Panzano, and Greve. -

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Gerbera unit we stayed in was large , attractive & close enough to the excellent pool area. Good kitchen facilities were provided but with a couple of lovely restaurants a few kilometeres away in Barberino we didnt cook much.We made day trips to Florence , the Chianti area & San Gimignano - all within less than an hour's drive.In addition the Sant' Appiano area was good for walking & running and to top it off staying in a high quality vineyar
