The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay extremely memorable and comfortable. They were also very helpful with advice on where to go and visit and places to eat. The hotel is in a great loction right on the lake with bars, shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. We would definitely stay here again. -

For the 2. time we visit this place. And it is still a very nice place to visit. We had one of the apartment with own little garden, facing the lake. Everything is ok. The kitchen is simple and not big - but it is ok for breakfast and sometime simple eveningmeal. You can order morningbread from the reception. The way up to Premignaga is very nice and funny to drive on. Not much space, but if you like to stay in authentic local places, then it is funny.

The host (Gilly) is a very friendly person and does everything which is possible to satisfy you.
The room are very nice decorated and very clean. Eveything looks brand new, although it opened two years ago.
You have an amazing view over the lake.
It is very quiet. Breakfast is italian style but you get verything you need and you can have in on the terrace enjoing the view.
Plenty of space to park your car.
It is really a nice and peacefull place.

Wonderful, helpful and reliable staff. You could set your watch to the three rotating desk clerks, and each was extremely warm and hospitable. Wifi was very reliable, unlike that of other hotels which claim to offer it, and then it only works in the lobby. They maintain routers for each floor of the hotel to improve reception. -

What wasn't to like? The family-owned apartments are well kept. There is also a family run butcher shop next door which was excellent! The location is literally a hop across the street from the promenade. Absolutely lovely area! Right around the corner from two different grocery stores. There is a great market on Saturdays with a mix of clothing and local food vendors. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again!
