Sharing apartament for the price of a double room is a good option. It was clean, not air conditioned but it had a fan. Is not located in the city center but Arezzo is not a big city, so, the main buildings are 10 minutes walking from Rinathos. Breakfast is in a bar next to the Rinathos and the quality was quite good.
Nice place to stay. Just inside the walls of the city of Arezzo. Location is handy if you travel by car as it is just before the beginning of the zone where cars traffic is restricted and you can park right in front of the B&B.

This is on of the best B&B I've ever stayed in my whole travel history. I'm not joking, this a gem of Italy.
Brand new everything! Very clean.
The room was great.
* A beautiful, very clean room. It looked brand new.
* Location is perfect for a visit to the historical center (10 min walk).
Breakfast: you get a ticket that entitled you to get an hot drink and a pastry from a bar close to the hotel. If you are hungry and you want to eat more (or if you do not want pastry in the morning) it is not good.

Breakfast was in a bar and only a coffee (or similar) and a croissant.
* The owner was friendly, but had not enough tickets for breakfast. He promissed to bring more, but he didn't kept his promise.
* Breakfast was only 1 drink, and 1 thing to eat, in a kind of bakery.
* We had 2 terrible nights in the room. It was to hot to sleep with the windows closed en it was to noisy because of the traffic, to sleep with the windows open.
This room desperate needs an airconditioning and a little refrigerator.
