  We had a very nice stay in this hotel, the views were lovely, overlooking the bay. Although we didn't have a balcony of our own, there is a lovely terrace where we sat, chilled, and enjoyed the spectacular views. The breakfast was the best we had throughout the whole of our 19 day trip through Italy.   The breakfast was excellent and worth the 8 euro. The appartment was very clean. The shuttle service was helpful considering we travelled without a vehicle. The staff assured we had a pleasant stay and were helpful with coordinating plans.   We stayed in Stella Marina for a week and during our stay it felt like we are a part of Italian family. The owner of the hotel takes care about the guests himself with support from his family. Every morning he makes wonderful coffee during breakfast. He also gives advice about good restaurants in St.Terenzo and Lerici and places of interest around... mitä ihmiset sanovat » . The hotel is situated near bus station if you come by bus from Spezia, there is a supermarket nearby and sea is in 200 m! The room was always neatly - Breakfast staff especially Bruno, was extremely friendly and helpful. Plain but fresh; even cappucinos. First scruffy image changed to joy. Good parking on site. 5 min walk from the small, beautiful bay. Next to poet Shelley's House is a jewel: Pizzeria Restaurante. Try their Prosquito & Melon Aperitif-enough for 2! ATM in beach road.
