  we were there for 1 night only after a tour in Slovenia and before noon flight back home. it was a great choice! we were with a car so during the evening we went to Verona old city, 15-20 min. away so we enjoyed the city and the fact that we were close to the airport - Well designed spanking new hotel by the airport.   We arrived at the Hotel after a very long days work and a long drive ontop and I was feeling totally exhausted and was not looking forward to the rush to change and making the dash into the centre for the areana, which would start in I hour.   Very year I stay at the Leon D'oro for the trade show in Vicenza in May. Its location close to the station is a plus and the walk to verona Centro is pleasant. I lobby is very welcoming and the recent changes is very refreshing.
