  I loved the stay at Villa Aruch! 1-Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the girl that checked us in (took all the trouble to guide us and came back after check-in hours without extra charges). Once inside, you don't feel like leaving the hotel and going out anywhere. The only and probably a very major problem is its location. The hotel is situated in one corner of the town, totally cut off from the main areas with no supermarkets or restaurants anywhere close by. If that doesn't bother

The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants.   The front desk was very cordial. The waitstaff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for (wake up call, taxi service at 5:00 in the morning) was handled professionally.   Literally had searched for hours online for that "perfect" place & knew instantly when reviewing it that this was most definitely the one for us! One can hardly narrow down our love for this hotel to one particular thing. We loved it all! If you want to experience what true Italy is all about, then - absolutely everything. The accommodation is superb as is the hospitality. The train is cheap and frequent to get to Florence.
