Great new hotel, gives a perfect holiday feeling.
Very attentive staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant.
The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants.
There is a direct bus into the city centre, you can buy tickets at the reception without any surcharge. -

The front desk was very cordial. The waitstaff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for (wake up call, taxi service at 5:00 in the morning) was handled professionally. This was a pleasant surprise. Well-chosen modern interior and art made this feel like a luxury accomodation, yet quite affordable for a family of four. Staff was amazingly nice and helpful. He gave us a map on arrival, explained good sites to visit and where the closest grocery was, gave us his cellphone number in case we need anything. The giant terrace/balcony is wonderful. No view on the Duomo though, but the view on Florence is nice enough :)

The location is a close walk to the train station, the staff is friendly and helpful to English speakers. The rooms are comfortable and privacy is there for your private shower and bathroom located just out of your room. Air-Conditioning is there for those hot Florence days which I had.
The train station is maybe a 10-15 minute walk, add another 15 minutes from there to Florence Cathedral.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. We had a late check-in (around 9pm at night) and Trentatre advised it wasn't a problem. On arrival, Josie was there to greet us who lives on site. Josie prepares the breakfast and is lovely.

From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and told about local restaurants and places to see. The room was wonderful - high ceilings , big comfortable bed and lovely decor.The room was big and spacious with a wonderful bathroom. Easy walking distance to the main attractions of Florence - the C 2 - small buses - stops close by if too tired to walk back to the hotel at the end of the day.Plenty of places to eat. Would recommend Trentatre.
