  This small hotel in teh suburbs of Ciampino was close to the airport, however on the other side of the runways, giving a 5 minute taxi ride to the terminal building. The reception staff all spoke good english, and were very helpful - Helpful and friendly staff

  Very friendly staff couldn't do more for us during our stay. Very simple accomodation, not luxurious, but very quaint and a homely feel to it. Breakfast provided as part of the fee and were very flexible with the hours it was available.   Because of a late arrival at CIA airport, we had booked a simple accommodation very close to Ciampino train station reachable by a local bus (1.20 EUR one-way). If we had missed the bus, we would have had to take an over-priced taxi (20 EUR). Our plan was to take the train to Termini (1.50 EUR one-way) on the next day, which worked out OK, althoug... mitä ihmiset sanovat » h there are direct bus connections from CIA to Termini (from 3.80 to 6.00 EUR one-way). The room assigned to us was spacious but apparently freshly pa - Clean and modern decorated. Very close to Ciampino Station which you can take train to Termini for 15 minutes (there's no control, no need to pay any :)) and access the city easily. It's also close to Ciampino Airport and there's shuttle bus passing in front of the hostel. Supermarket is just under the hostel and there are so many pizzerias near.

  The hotel was very pretty and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The rooms were all separate units accessed from the outside balcony and were quiet and had air conditioning which was great.   Henkilökunta ansaitsee ehdottomasti erityis kiitoksen. Hotellin vieressä on vilkas tie, joten henkilökunta vie metrolle ja hakee pois, jotta kulkeminen on turvallista. Olimme kaikkeen erittäin tyytyväisiä. Henkilökunta auttoi kaikessa mahdollisessa. Huoneet olivat siistit ja juuri sellaiset kuin kuvissa näyttikin. - just about everything. the staff... mitä ihmiset sanovat » were very warm and helpful (and importantly, most of them speak good english). it is about 25 mins from the city center by the red line. the hotel offers a shuttle service to the metro . this was the best part. even though the metro is at a walkable distance, we could thus avoid the scorching July heat. we took the 4-bed room and it was rather well equipped. we are going again. - Helpfulness and friendliness of all staff; as it is located so close to major roads with very fast moving traffic they wouldn't let us walk anywhere - even to the bus stop! They insisted on driving us even 100 yards or so - no charge either. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Rooms were spotless and everything worked. Thoroughly recommended.
