  In our opinion this is a 3 star hotel which should have a 4 star rating. The staff were friendly and helpful.   Excellent place to stay. People responsible for the B&B are very friendly. Excellent location (walking distance to airport, roughly 1 km). 30 minutes from Piazzale Roma (Venice) by bus 5.
