  We stayed here for one night travelling from Venice to the early flight in Treviso. The guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful. He gave us map of the city and recommended the best places to see and visit. The room was spacios and neat. Bathroom was not the very best, but ok. breakfast was Italian - coffee, croissant. It nice and beautiful hotel, 15 minutes walking to the Piazza dei Signori where every tu - Nice friendly welcome, very clean and comfortable room and hotel is only 20 mins walk from train station: hotel is located opposite hospital which is quite strange but it's a very quiet location. Bathroom small but sufficient - overall a good value but very standard Italian budget hotel, great for an overnight stay

  The family who ran the hotel where friendly and very caring, the food and hospitality was exceptional. Even though we had no Italian speakers communication was good.   We emailed the B&B with our time of arrival at the airport and asked for details of how to arrive by public transport. We followed the instructions and found the hotel easily, where Carla was waiting for us. She speaks English well and was able to tell us how to get to Venice easily by train or bus and about the local restaurants. Almost every train going to Venice Santa Lucia train station stops at Venezia Mestre, which means you don't have to worry about the waiting time. Well-equipped room with free wifi.   The location is perfect to visit Venice. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, they provided us map, bus ticket and a lot of tips for our trip in Venice. - The staff was lovely. The have got a nice restaurant, rather cheap. The breakfast is wonderful! Very simple to go to Venice.
