Producing and selling its own jams, honey, cheese and fruit, Il Pettirosso features a restaurant serving seasonal and organic specialities. Guests can relax on the terrace or in the TV lounge. Wi-Fi is free. A balcony with views of the garden is provided in each room at Il Pettirosso Agriturismo. Served indoors or on the terrace, breakfast includes homemade cakes, plus cheese and cold cuts produced on site. Staff can organise a tour to Pompei, Amalfi, Castellammare and Mount Vesuvius. Hiking tracks are also available in the surroundings. The nearest beach is in Conca dei Marini, a 20-minute drive away.

I absolutely loved my stay at Il Pettirosso. Set in the mountains behind the Amafli Coast, it's a true haven away from the main tourist towns. The room was big, spotlessly clean, with what looked like brand new furniture, including two big wardrobes and a good sized desk. I had a huge double bed and a balcony looking over the mountains. The food was great. Well cooked, fresh Italian food. There's no menu, which I loved, just three tasty courses with wine and water for a very reasonable price. .
kaikki arvostelut » Everything about ii pettirosso was fabulous from the welcome to the goodbye, the food was great proper Italian food, Ima and Eguane who own ii pettirosso are great cooks, the room was very spacious, very clean and if you needed anything at all you only had to ask, Marriana spoke very good English and could easily translate as our Italian was nil. This agriturismo was within half an hourish from Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento and the port to go to Capri, all of which we did whilst staying in ii pett. Lovely and comfortable accommodation with very friendly and helpful hosts. The peace and quite after the Amalfi roads was a true joy. All meals were prepared with very tasty local produce . The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and with a view out over the mountains. Paulo was happy to accommodate every request including us being up and about by 6.00am to catch the early morning light for photography - he was there to open the gate and hand us a take-away breakfast with a big smi. This place is a real gem. Set in the mountains between Castelammare and Almalfi with easy access to all the archeological sites in and around Naples. The family that runs the B&B are fabulous. They were incredibly warm and welcoming & did everything to make my stay a wonderful experience. I booked for three nights and ended up staying for 6 and plan to come back again. I can't speak highly enough of Il Pettirosso. If you rent a car and wish to visit Amalfi coast without staying in the crowded city center and paying less than center hotels, this hotel is a wonderful choice. The family who owns and manages is very friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious. The weather is so nice even in hot August dayd as it is on the mountain skirts. You could easily have the best sleep ever. I strongly recommend this hotel. The Il Pettirosso was a unique and fantastic experience of " ospedale" at Agerola. Near of wonderful place as Positano, Amalfi, Castellammare of Stabbia we enjoyed 4 days staying. We wish thanks to hotel ' s staff, specially Paolo and Eugene ( cuisine chief) for kindness attention for us and others guests. great staff, very nice and kind family, great food, biological food, good service, we enjoyed our stay at Il Pettirosso very much. We like to come and stay there again when we are in the neighbourhood. love from Jacques and Jacqueline. Very good value better than basic accommodation, large spacious rooms with balcony and great views, very good and inexpensive food, friendly helpful staff. Great local walks and good base to explore Amalfi coast. Paulo was a wonderful host and the hotel is beautifully appointed. Paulo could not do enough for us - and he was even kind enough to track us down at our next hotel to tell us that we had left something behind!. Paolo was so friendly and helpful. We really liked it here. The food was great as well. Nice little town and wonderful service from Paolo and the staff. Great room with beautiful view. The staff was very friendly. Nothing. It was perfect. Don't drive the Amalfi coast road the first time to Agerola, but come from Castelammare. The Amalfi Coastal Road is a nightmare. Our room it was bit small, and poor noise isolation. Bit hard to find. Could proved local map and visito info. Very noisy exhaust. In bathroom. It was a pretty far drive to Amalfi or Positano. It was a little bit difficult to find the place. Very narrow streets to drive.
