It was a well run hotel,with excellent staff that cannot do enough for you, when we booked, we asked for a room on the ground level not to far from the restaurant and bar, and that is just what we had, eventhough there were only two people staying, we were still given a room with a single bed and a double at no extra charge,the views from the gardens were superb, and eventhough the hotel is on the Main Cork to Roslaire road you did not hear any traffic noise, we have now stayed there twice and .
kaikki arvostelut » Each and every member of staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was clean,warm, cosy and comfortable with an endless supply of hot water. It was serviced to a high standard.The food was delicious and the service excellent. Entertainment in the bar was a bonus - We had a great night with most attentive bar staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Rhu Glenn!. Location for our trip was excellent with easy access to major routes. The hotel could not have provided better facilities for our holiday. The food was outstanding and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Easy to find . Plenty of parking . As we had to check out before breakfast to catch our ferry the staff opened early and put out a continental breakfast for us. Was pissed off becos of the confusion regards to whether l qualify for breakfast or not. the hotel was lovely and so were the staff. it was very clean. staff where warm and friendly....very homely feel to the place. Staff very nice and pleasant and very helpfull. I liked everything about the hotel. Location. nice hotel with good food and a good lively bar at night. food staff would only stay for 1 or 2 nights. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Free WiFi did not reach my room, but as I had several requests regarding my room I did not mind. All my requests were fulfilled!. Having to leave and come home. Unable to change booking to a room only , this was the most expensive tea and toast we have had . Our rooms were above a poorly insulated function room which did,nt stop until 1.00am then the drunken guests arguing in the corridors and slamming doors until 2.30am . It did not seem value for money just to get 4 hours sleep. Everything. The only thing that we gave a low rating was COMFORT reason being was our bed was short and we felt like all night that we were sleeping on a hill very uncomfortable. n/a. Room decor. nothing. mattress very uncomfortable. Place chilly. No atmosphere, small portable tv, beds too soft.
