The attention to detail, the very friendly staff. Our room was beautifully appointed and spacious. The food was superb and beautifully presented. We have stayed in a number of 4 and 5 star hotels throughout Ireland but Sheen Falls Lodge would be number 1 on our list a really wonderful place to stay. We would highly recommend it.

Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

everything, this is an amazing hotel. we went there to get engaged and had such a great time. we were upgraded to a suite which was a great start and our whole wkd was relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable. staff were amazing, they could not have done enough, food was excellent and the view was the best iv ever seen

We loved everything about the Muckross Park! We spent two nights for our wedding anniversary and felt thoroughly looked after and spoiled. Right from the minute we arrived and were met by Ted the concierge, who was knowledgeable and friendly to the reception and bar staff. Where the hotel is situated is without doubt the most scenic part of this country. Waking up to this background is an amazing experience. I am from Ireland and expect staff to be pleasant which they were at the skellig but I even thought they exceeded my expectations. Especially a lady on the cleaning staff that was very friendly when id pass her in the hall way. and a lady from Armagh which made an extra effort been friendly with us. This adds to the overall experience
