Booked a single but got a room with a double and single nice room with an offer of tea to my room anytime I wanted to call for it for no charge, also complimentary newspaper in the morning which was nice.   Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel has limited parking and a deal with the nearby car-park for overnight parking - open 24 hours. Nice bar downstairs, open late for residents. Breakfast included juice and boxed cereals, and an order from a limited menu. Cannot remember if there was a vegetarian option. Overall very good value for money and right in the heart of Lime - The staff were amazingly helpful, they couldn't do enough for me and my family. They arranged a car space for my husband and literally stayed on the phone giving him directions to the hotel. One member of staff got into the car with me and personally took me to the car park underground. The staff couldn't do enough for us while we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very good also.
