Individually decorated and cosily furnished, each room includes an en suite bathroom with hairdryer. Rooms all feature satellite TV and free tea and coffee. Some rooms also boast panoramic mountain views.
Full Irish breakfasts are served every day, along with an extensive breakfast menu made from local ingredients. Breakfasts include Dingle smoked salmon on home-baked brown bread, and a range of continental options.
Guests can relax in the house’s award-winning gardens, overlooking Carrauntoohil, the highest mountain in Ireland. Each Thursday, there is a traditional Irish music session for guests.
There are many scenic mountain and hill walks nearby the house and throughout the local Killarney Area. Guided walks can be arranged, walking sticks are provided, and Killarney National Park is a 5-minute walk away. Kerry Airport is 7.5 km away.

Very nice house with a huge garden. Lovely couple running the B&B. Jim had thousands of tips and ideas about what, where and when to do. Very nice to chat with Moira & him.

- wonderful comfortable beds (very rare in irish b&bs, the best we had on our trip!)
- very welcoming and helpful hosts, very flexible (we had our breakfast very early on the last day, because we wanted to leave early)

They couldnt help enough and extended an extraordinarily warm welcome, which really helped to make the holiday special
They gave brilliant advice about the local attractions and took time out to show on a map how to reach them

Our friendly host Jim was very welcoming and accommodating. He offered us great advice on where to go around the Ring of Kerry and beyond. The rooms were absolutely top quality and very comfortable. I would strongly recommend this B & B to anyone travelling to the west coast of Ireland and looking for a quality place to stay.
Jim & Moira were the most gracious and friendly hosts; very accommodating and helpful - offered to take laundry to cleaners, made recommendations for sightseeing and food. We liked that the house was located away from the city - no tour buses! We would definitely go back and stay with the Gormans!.
