We were also on the forth floor but the way the windows were designed there was no fear for the kids. We will def be back soon. - Well lit car park, (felt very safe returning late) Staff on reception duty morning/evening were very attentive to our requests. Waiters served dinner/wine/dessert/coffee with great professionalism, very pleasant, they are a great asset to any hotel. No need to look up other hotels for further visits to Galway city. Food was excellent.

  I found every member of staff that we came in contact with to be very helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely and the whole atmosphere was very pleasant.   staff were always really helpful and friendly, it was also a 2min walk from eyre square, the shops and the bus station and was really cheap - This was the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. I will highly recommend it to others and will stay there again if I am in Galway.

  The Accommodation is 10 minutes’ walk to the Centre and it’s easy to arrive by car. We had the room nr. 114, very big and comfortable with the bathroom big too. All the staff is very friendly and kind. If you are tired and you don’t want to move from the Hotel in the evening you can have dinner in the Restaurant where you can eat well. The bathroom was spacious and clean.The restaurant was very good and also the bar was inviting with great band playing early on Saturday evening. The staff in restaurant and bar were also friendly. Great place to stay.

  The two-bedroomed suite was really huge and very well equipped. Beds were large and comfortable, and all furniture was new and clean. Each bedroom had a tv, and there was a third in the lounge area - great for kids. The food in the hotel bar was excellent and staff were helpful and friendly.   For the price it was ridiculously great value for money at this off peak time. Style was amazing for the price band it was in and worthy of top dollar. Perfectly clean on arrival and actually shown room which thought was a nice touch. - Lovely little room. Well decorated, small but very comfortable bed and great shower. Had a wonderful time.
