  Room was brilliant and beds were luxurious. I am very critical usually but this hotel room was perfect in every way. The price was very reasonable. The hotel was central and easily found but car is needed.   Firstly the location is ideal for a city break, walking distance to all the top restaurants and pubs. The hotel staff both in hotel and bar were the one of the best I have experienced in my travels. The room was basic with an Air condition unit for hot and cool air, worked perfectly with only a very low hum . We will def be back soon. - Well lit car park, (felt very safe returning late) Staff on reception duty morning/evening were very attentive to our requests. Waiters served dinner/wine/dessert/coffee with great professionalism, very pleasant, they are a great asset to any hotel. No need to look up other hotels for further visits to Galway city. Food was excellent.

  staff were always really helpful and friendly, it was also a 2min walk from eyre square, the shops and the bus station and was really cheap - This was the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. I will highly recommend it to others and will stay there again if I am in Galway.

  This hotel was built in the 50's. I remember it since then. Not a lot has changed and I love that !The comforting feel of the place was great. No raz matazz ! The owners/managers were just so kind and low key nice. Wonderful !Old fashioned but full of GENUINE character.
