  The staff were exceptional. There was bad snow where we are from that weekend so I rang up to check the weather in dunfanaghy and the girl in arnold's was so friendly and rang up the local attractions to check if they were still open and offered to change our booking date free of charge. They took it upon themselves to organise a surprise birthday cake for him at dinner which was a lovely personal touch. We were also upgr - Very friendly 'Family Hotel' in the best possible sense- not one for the Costa del Plonka mob perhaps, although even they might benefit as well if they stopped posing for a few days! Well trained intelligent staff, excellent food and an abundance of 'Craic'. Plus the horses provided plenty of fun out on the sands at low tide. The stables people went out of their way to be helpful. Long may Arnolds flourish- it would be a poorer world without them! Magic.

  The accommodations were unique, interesting, and comfortable. Best place we stayed on our trip! The staff was great and took us in as if we were friends. Breakfast was very nice and beautifully served. The kitchen facilities were clean and well equipped. The surroundings in the fairly garden + stream. The owner leads walks and has wrote a walking guide which is excellent with lots of walks + local history in the guide.
