Although not in the center of Dublin it was a short and inexpensive cab ride away from O'Connell street and had frequent city buses you could also ride into town. This guesthouse is an excellent value for the money! It's located in an upscale neighborhood, very close to local pubs and restaurants, and just minutes away from city center by bus - (as well as Dublin Airport - which I was very grateful for, as I had to make an early morning flight out.)
On a couple occasions, I chose to walk to city center, and I found the walk to be very enjoyable.

expectations. After booking a day tour, we realized our bags would need
to be left at the B&B after checkout. Martin offered to keep them
into the evening and even offered the room until our flight time. He
cooked a wonderful breakfast each day and made excellent dining and
