  We travelled as 4 adults and stumbled across arch house on our way back to Dublin. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for anything better and the price was great. The apartment was a great size and had to bathrooms with a well equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer which was extremely handy. Athlone was a very cu - Only a short walk to Rail and Bus....Mohammed is very eager to please...mention of when Pakistan won the cricket at Melbourne in 1992 before a crowd of 85100 will get you an instant upgrade...guided to Sean's Bar ..900AD...below the Castle...Great B+B...food very good...printed menu in 4 languages...value for money!

  The room was very cosy and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep This was a stopover after returning for a holiday in the North so we would not have time to explore the Athlone. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful and directed us to some eating places in town. The breakfast was superb with a personal touch. Comfortable and quiet bedroom allowing a good nights sleep. Excellent breakfast cooked to order and served till 10 o'clock which suited our late nights! Only a five minute drive into Athlone makes it a very convenient base. Would definitely recommend thhis B& B with no hesitation.
