First of all the people working in the resort are excellent-you are the guest and not just the number.Also the cook is very good and he always comes to the table to ask a guest if the food is good.Breakfasts and dinners on the beach are something special.And at last Yuca-the owner is very nice person. If I will come to Senggigi once more I'd stay at Jo-Je again. The staff are really amazing. They are very friendly and very polite. They will do anything for their hotel guests. They are now my friends. I will always remember thes guys: Anton, Arun, Iwan and Mubin.
kaikki arvostelut » Jo Je Bungalows is located on the beach, it's so quiet you can hear the waves crashing at night :) The staff are great and will help you with anything you need. great location, just next to the beach, direct access, staff was very friendly, they rent the motorbike for us and arrange the accommodation for next night. Friendly staff and great location (beach side) for breakfast. The accommodation is basic but well done / comfortable. Was great to cool off in the pool. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The pool view room was spacious and very comfey. Breakfast on the beach was awesome. They give little touch on the arrival. that impressing. and the staff are nice. very nice with staff, good place..something I will come over again.. friendly staff, good food, nice bungalows near the beach. very friendly staff and wonderful breakfast on the beach. Love the welcoming drink and the staff. The bungalow was nice, high ceeling, nice glass door. The woman at reception was great, she made so calls for us to book stuff. i like Jo Je Bungalow becouse it simply and nature place, feel like in my home town n quite place.....i like so much. I just like everything, the staff, the location, the breakfast, the beach... i am sorry but the service ruin my impressions to this hotel. Our 5-day vacation at Jo-Je was too short. Not to keen on the black beach sand. The soundproofing is a little poor, and there was a fair bit of road noise until midnight (it was a Saturday), so earplugs would help the light sleeper. Staff were friendly, but still learning the trick of knowing when guests want space Rooms were nice but little touches like curtains that close properly and block out light would help, as well as mosquito nets that close easily. the pillows is not good and smells. nothing. the key of bathroom door is broken. Not really in center of Senggigi but on a strip of hotel a little bit up north. The facilities was too old.. The door can't l The room are clean but still have a lot of ants. the service was from one of the staff which introduce himself as manager was disappointing. pick up was late for 1hour, offer me for Rp.300thousand for drop to the airport when on phone call they agreed to charge Rp.300thousand for pick up and drop off. after late pick up and all the lies of course i choose tour car to drop us to the airport which only cost 200thousand. I am really sorry but i will not come back and will not give good recommendation. thank you.
