The best hotel in purwokerto, in general extremely hospitality, good product and the best service. The hotel room is very clean, convenient location, friendly staff. Receptionist (Ms Titis) is very efficient and helpful. Breakfast menu. none. The spa facilities is very minimum. It looks like an office space being converted into 2 spa rooms. The music is too loud. There isn't any jacuzzi or bathtub for guest to have a bath. And the room price is too high for local standard. As a comparison, in Jogja, the same type of room in Novotel Jogja costs only around Rp.500.000 Nett.
