As me and my friends would say, Lembongan is heaven, and we would definitely come back to Alum Nusa and recommend it to our friends! You can pay more for a 5 star hotel but it wouldn’t get better. The restaurant is reasonably priced, breakfast is free if you live there, we booked the huts with air-con and the staff would help lower the mosquito net in the eveniing so we can come back and enjoy a bug free room! The girls who works at the spa know what they’re doing and everyone is super friendly.
kaikki arvostelut » I really enjoyed our 10 nights at Alam Nusa, not only is the room cosy and romantic, there is also a sun deck attached to the front on hut to relax and enjoy the surrounding garden. Alam Nusa family/Staff treat you as part of their family and this made our experience a 10/10 because we have soo many fond memories to take away from our trip. The beach is 2 min walk, great location. Very convenient to have a spa there also. We dined at Alam Nusa most days because we enjoyed the food here most. We had an amazing time at Alam Nusa, a place i would reccommend when planning to visit Lembongan. People working there are so friendly and always in a good mood and willing to help with whatever you need. It´s a great place to chill out (hang at the beach or get a massage), but also enough stuff to do like stand up paddeling, snorkeling, diving, checking the Island with a scooter or with a small boat (to see the mangroves for example). We wished we stayed longer! Beaches are way more pretty her. Alam Nusa is a sweet spot with extra sweet staff who will do whatever they can to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. They arranged a snorkelling day for us with a traditional boat. Our guide took us to three locations, each unique and lovely coral and fish. The last stop he told us to simply drift with the current and he would pick us up at the end. Heaven. Alam Nusa also arranged for us to use a scooter one day and we enjoyed exploring the island. Recommend Alam Nusa for a quiet, relaxing,. The owners and staff are all wonderful people. Alum Nusa has 4 bungalows and because it is small no request made by us went unanswered. We were holidaying with our daughter and her partner and had a bungalow each. The restuarant provides both local and western dishes and if you have special dietary requirements like my daughter and I both do (celiacs) the restuarant staff changed the ingredients. It's a great place to relax and unwind and only a couple of minutes away from the beach. thank you for your hospitality and your stuff is the example for all over the world!!! I can not say anything bad..only thank you, thank you, thank you for the our best experience and dare to say a second home..it´s not so important refer to something about facility, food, massage, service..was great..in other words the best!!! Beautiful rooms and cleaned, quiet. The bed is big and nice, you've got air-cond and fan. The breakfast is good (and free), and the restaurant is very good and tasty and Cheap ! This place is very relaxing, close to the beach (1 mn walk). I will stay here again. The owner is very friendly, and he's asking us what we liked and what we didn't like at the end of our stay, so he's always questioning himself, this is great. Alam Nusa is family run. The staff did everything to make our stay an unforgettable experience. They were some of the warmest people we met on our trip. Everything was very clean, room service came several times a day. I loved the bungalow: clean, so welcoming, simple and amazing bathroom, where I took amazing showers under the stars. Excellent Staff: always helpful, ready for a chat or a laugh, taking care of us as part of the family. Staff made you feel like you were part if the family! Rooms were the most comfortable ive had the pleasure of staying in! Love the treatments on offer... First class... Breakfast was also cooked to a very high standard!. I liked how friendly and informative the staff were. I loved the food and cocktails which were amazing. The room was beautiful. The staff even turned down the bed for us. Great air con and proximity to the beach!. Service, service, service ! This is a family owned place and they really care about you. All the staff is really helpful and will try to remember your name. They are always doing all they can to meet your needs. They were very friendly and helpful. They try to run things like a world-class resort even though they are small, but still very personal. Good spa and restaurant! not on the beach but 1 minute walk to Mushroom Beach and walking distance to Dream Beach which is nicer. Personal is great! The hotel is really nice, and the staff is extremelly helpfull and kind. The bungalows are really nice, but it has a bathroom open to exterior (if you have a problem with that). This is a true Balinese experience..the huts with immaculate, dining was a pleasure and the staff were simply outstanding..I am already planning my return trip to Alam Nusa !!. - great staff, you belong to the familiy. - everything was well decorated in the huts - a lot of nature activities are possible close to it ( surfing, trekking, diving, e.g.). Friendly staff and good breakfast. The huts were very clean, nicely decorated, great bed and pillows, equiped with a good airco and ventilator, and a clean outdoor bathroom. A bit real bali.. its great, the food is cheap and yummy. The only pity for me is I forgot to try the massaget at that but my gf said thats good. Feels like staying with family. Food food, lovely spa ladies. Lemvingan itself. The outside of the little complex looks beautiful. The appearance is very charming. Nothing at all!. While it was handy to have a restaurant on site, you need to go further afield for more complex food flavours. Food at Alam Nusa is good but basic. Guests need to know that the huts are in no way soundproof and your neighbours can hear everything!. There wasn't anything that we didn't like about Alam Nusa... we hope to stay again in the future. We had cold water but don't hesitate to tell them but usually there is hot water. The staff is very helpful but a bit too much because they're always asking for what we're gonna do and where we're going and it can be a bit stressfull. Pease build a pool so I can rate 10/10!! X. It would have been nice to have a pool. Nothing to mention. If you want to be anonymous, this is not the place for you. It's a family run business and they treat you as such. They all know you're name. The beaches weren't great/no good place to just swim or wade - but not the fault of the hotel. Still a lovely place and happy I stayed!. I liked everything. Nowhere to put ones clothes so living out of the bag. The location is not the best, it is a 2 min walk from the beach, and for a similar price you can book in a hotel in front of the ocean. - there is no pool ( you have to use facility of other resorts) A pool is in planning!!!. No pool (we used the pool next door but preferred out accommodation to others). may be that there is no pool and some insects and small reptils could be annoying at night. Good and nice place to stay, and we don't have nothing to complain. The pool and seaview would be nice in the island...but now it was the garden view, which was not so bad at all. Nothing. It was great!. The food is average at best. none. When I checked the map on the booking, I thought it was nearby the sea. It really very close to the beach, but we cant enjoy the view of the sea. I recommond the guys who really wanna sleep with the sea breeze choose the others where much closer to the sea than this one. Enjoyed everything, but air conditioner battled to cool room. Staff a bit too curious to know what your day plans are... In the morning there was no hot water in shower for a while. Nothing. just a small thing: being asked hundreds time a day by the staff where I am going, what I am planning to do etc...but you can get used to it:)). Nowhere to hang clothes. Outdoor bathroom sporadically had ants and cockroaches. Room was clean but very tight quarters, we had to live out of our suitcases which were on the floor, and there was no place to hang anything. on the main road out of mushroom bay ,motor bike noise . samll huts and extra bed mattress on the floor no mozzie net and eaten by mozzies Airconditioner not very effective. Not that suitable for young families, only four huts and they are very small. We would probably prefer something with views over the cliffs/bays. The rooms are dark The aircon is not functional, it blows a bit of cool air which is definately not what you need in that heat.
